- Fabric Tape Measurer ( $1-$3 at walmart, target, amazon, etc) 

- Paperwork completed (via email)

- Prescriptions and any other paperwork discussed prior to this consultation (1st consultation) faxed over to our office

- Pictures and/ or inspiration wigs
